Prices:
The prices for our itineraries are subject to changes, with notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as fluctuation in exchange rates, increase in land and airfare costs.
Itineraries are subject to alteration if airline schedules are amended or other conditions require it.
Gorilla permit:
The Gorilla permits for tracking should be booked at least 2 month before the date of visit and need to be paid to us immidiately. (Come first served first.)
Bookings for Groups and Individual travelers:
The name/rooming list is to be handed to the person in charge of the tour, with names of passengers in their preferred order of sharing the rooms. Names are to be as per passports ; with date of birth, passport number, expiry date, and nationality (passports should be valid not less than 6 months from the date of departure for Ethiopian country only the others countries 2 month).
A copy of the first page of the each passenger’s passport should be sent to us with the group list.
VISA:
You will get it at the Embassy office of all countries you visit, however now adyas you can also get it at most airports. Be sure to checkthis yourself, or ask us. In Ethiopia you will find it on arrival at the Ethiopian airlines immigration office.
Payments:
A guarantee deposit of 50% of the total payment is needed one month prior to the arrival (of the group), which will directly be made a guarantee deposit for Hotels, Coach Companies, ferry and other ground arrangements.
The remaining 50% of the package price should also be settled up on the arrival of the group and commencement of the tour.
The gorilla permits must always be paid at reservation time. So even when you make a reservation 6 month before the date of visit, yo have to pay the permit 6 month before your visit. Be aware that there will be no refund of this money when your visit is cancelled!
The current price for a permits is $500.
