About Burundi.nu
The idea that has lead to the pages you are reading right now, started back in August 2000. Over brunch with two professional industrial designers, I was telling them about my fascination of Africa. As a seaman I have had the opportunity to visit the continent a few times. I have seen the will to live, the skills and talent, the beauty of the land, but also the poverty, the corruption and the fighting.
At some time during the talks, one said: Well, is´nt there any way that we can make a difference?
And the discussion took another direction. The things that designers are good at, is creating ideas, a lot of succesfull companys all over the world, has their development team to thank for their good fortune. Read more ………………………
