Ethnography Culture & Historic Tours in Rwanda, Burundi & Uganda- Mountain Gorillas tracking.

Day 1:

Arrive AT Bujumbura International airport, meet and greet, and thereafter drive at hotel du Lake club Tanganyika check in at hotel dinner and overnight stay FB.

Day 2:

After breakfast, drive for a city tour of Bujumbura capital, taking in the Natural history museum (Musée Vivant) and visit a big Market of Bujumbura, visit the local people around living in village near town. Lunch in a cozy city restaurant in Bujumbura or at your hotel after lunch drive at Mugere visit the Stone (ROCK) bring on 25/11/1871 by Livingstone Stanley in south of Bujumbura and visit the scenic Tanganyika Lake meet the fishing people,

Dinner and overnight at your hotel. FB

Day 3:

After an early breakfast, drive to the Kigali via Kayanza and Butare meet the local people on the way Visit the south province Butare visit the national museums historic and Rwanda National University, Lunch at Ibis hotel in Butare, in the afternoon visit Market of Butare, visit the Coffee Plantation at Maraba Factory the first coffee around the world then seen the troup Intore the traditional dancers dinner and overnight stay at Ibis hotel or similar FB.

Day 4:

After breakfast drive to Kigali via Nyanza visit ancient royal palace continue to Kigali city visit Memorial genocide site Gisozi and Visit The resident for the first Government Colonial Germany in Rwanda have lunch in cozy Restaurant in Kigali after lunch drive at Musanze check in at your Mountain view lodge Hotel or similar dinner and overnight stay FB.

Day 5:

After an early breakfast report to the ORTPN Offices for registration and track briefing. Drive to the Volcanoes National Park for the memorial experiences of tracking the mountain gorillas. Return to the hotel for lunch. Take an excursion trip to the beautiful, twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo for stunning panoramic views of the countryside and the majestic volcanic mountains. Check in at Kivu Serena Hotel or similar dinner and overnight stay FB.

Day 6:

After breakfast drive to Gisenyi –DR Congo border near Goma see holiday resort town and A drive’ arround Gisenyi town with its beautiful colonial houses and heavily flowered gardens Lunch at Kivu Serena hotel, relaxation at Kivu beach visit warm water near Bralirwa and Small Island in Lakes Kivu, back to hotel, dinner and overnight stay FB.

Day 7:

Meet and greet on your arrival at the border driver to QUEENELIZABETH PARK- FORT PORTAL game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park en-route to Fort portal. Visit the Amabere caves and the Karambi tombs the burial grounds for the kings of Toro kingdom. On the way you had seen the troup of Baboons and Buffalos.

Day 8:

KALINZU FOREST – Lake MBURO NATIONAL PARK On this day of the cultural tour, you will drive to Kalinzu forest, then Lake Mburo National Park for the Ankole Culture mainly known for long horned cattle keeping passing. Lake Mburo Harbours several species not easily observed elsewhere in Uganda. Dinner and over night at lodge or similar FB.

Day 9:

LAKE MBURO- KAMPALA Uganda cultural safari, Kasubi Tombs the burial grounds for the Kings of Buganda. Learn some the cultures of Buganda and listen to stories told about the Kingdom of Uganda, accommodation in Kampala. Sheraton Hotel or similar for overnight FB.

Day 10:

After breakfast transfer to Kampala International airport Entebbe and Shopping for souvenirs, but it depend the time of you home bound Flight
